The Norvan VT trail running shoe by Arcteryx shines on rough terrain thanks to the the Vibram Idrogrip outsole in the forefoot, which creates an area to help you scramble up when the terrain gets too steep. The back end of the outsole uses Vibram’s MegaGrip rubber sacrificing some grip, but providing greater durability.
The quick lacing system lets you switch between climbing and running with a single pull. The shoe incorporates a stretch liner around the ankles to keep out debris from the trail and helps to secure your foot within the shoe. The EVA and Polyolefin blend midsole helps to absorb shock. The Norvan VT comes in both a standard and a GORE-TEX version.
